2nd time in 2 days that Hotel WP theme doesn't work – Awful Support

Hi! I wrote you yersterday because the Demo Data 2 theme style appeared wrongly in my website. The solution you gave me was to re-save Customize.

Despite having tried that ‘solution’ you provided to me yesterday, this has not worked and it continues the same way. I could copy the link so that you have access to my site as admin, but I don’t know where to write it because I think that everyone can read this.

I need to have my website completed before the 5th January, so if you don’t give me a solution before 3rd January, I will ask my money back. I have paid this 66 dollars for nothing!!!! This price includes 6 months of support, and I contacted you yersterday and you only told me what usually works, a general ‘solution’, without logging in my website to see what happens or a special solution to my problem.

I hope you do something else, but until now I am really disappointed with your Support.
