    Hi,

    The issue is coming back again (I’ve reported this issue in here.) Deluxe King Plus is fully booked on 21st-24th December, but when I try to search Deluxe King Plus on 23rd-24th, it would show available in Chinese and Melayu search page.

    Steps to reproduce this scenario:
    1. Head to https://staging.rickresort.com/hotel-search.
    2. Select 23rd to 24th for the dates, capacity select 3.
    3. You wont able to see Deluxe King Plus is listed as it is fully booked.
    4. Head to https://staging.rickresort.com/hotel-search/?lang=zh-hans for Chinese or https://staging.rickresort.com/hotel-search/?lang=ms for Melayu.
    5. You will see Deluxe King Plus is listed.

    By the way, I also found that the ‘_hb_wpml_language’ post_meta key for the room booking in the database isn’t updating properly. No matter I use English, Chinese or Malay to book a room, it would just put ‘en’ as the value for the key.

    The issue is might be caused by the latest version of WPML. We’re still checking. I will reply when there is any news.

    Hi sorry for the delay, we are shifting our host provider so I didn’t get back to you.

    Kindly refer to the access info for the FTP credential.

    And my website has moved to https://staging-rickresort.whenyoufree.com

    By the way, there is 1 more issue which when I do add a room into the cart, and I switch to another language and add the same room into the cart, the cart wouldn’t overwrite the previous added room, it would add up the amount thus it will cause overbooking.

    Step to reproduce this scenario.
    1. Select a room (eg: Mongolian Hut 4m) and add to cart.
    2. Switch to another language (eg: Malay).
    3. Select the same room as you selected in English version and add to cart.
    4. You could saw 2 same rooms appear in the cart. (https://prnt.sc/m024zv)

    If user books the maximum quantity for this room, which means they could book 20 rooms in 1 shot when the actual quantity is only 10 rooms.

    The original issue is fixed. Check it out plz.

    New issue: I don’t think that it’s a bug. It belongs to the user’s behavior. No one will checkout a same room in both English and Chinese if they’re Chinese, for example. But just make a test with Woo product and WPML multi-language to see how it works. Setup products in multi-language and search room like that.

    Hi,

    For the first issue,
    I’ve checked and seems the issue still persist, can I know where you fix it?
    As mentioned earlier, my staging website has moved to https://staging-rickresort.whenyoufree.com

    I’ve created a test room and booked with it. I still can search the room in other languages despite it is being booked.

    For the 2nd issue, because for our country most of us is multilingual, for some reason it might have the possibility that they switch language when doing the booking, and this happened to our booking once, which the user has overbooked our room.

    I see your booking for Test 1 En from Jan 3 to 4. But the quantity of the room is 2 (http://prntscr.com/m0hg0p). That’s why it’s still available on this time period. Can you please check again?

    For 2nd issue, just make a test with product multi languages and see how it works.

    Hi,

    I booked 1 room, so it will still show up in the search result but then in Chinese and Malay I would see quantity of 2 instead of 1 when searching the room. By right it should left 1.
    I’ve made another booking on Jan 7-8, this time I booked 2 rooms, in Chinese and Malay I would still see them showing up in the search results too.

    Do note this bug doesn’t affect single room booking plugin.

    For the second issue, I’ve tried multilingual already, I can book same room on the same day with exceeding the original quantity by switching different language. You can refer to the booking dashboard as you will see I can book 4 rooms in 1 day, although the quantity is only 2.

    Hi,

    As mentioned earlier, I would prefer you to fix on our staging website as it is still under WordPress 4.9.8 version. The https://rickresort.com has updated to 5.0.2 and has alot of compatibility issue with this plugin. I will revert back based on the staging files and folder, so I would appreciate if you fix it inside our staging website.

    Ok wait, let me check. Not sure which website you updated as we just changed our host provider yesterday and changing its nameservers, you might have a chance accessing to our old website. I will get back to you a while more.

    Hi,

    Looks like the issue is not fully fix yet.
    If you filter the booking on the hotel booking dashboard, you can see on Feb 7-8, there is 4 rooms being booked. (http://prntscr.com/m0jk4m)
    – Mongolian Yurt 4m (x 6) (Total 10 quantity)
    – Mongolian Yurt 5m (x 4) (Total 4 quantity)
    – Queen with Balcony (x 1) (Total 5 quantity)
    – Deluxe King Plus (x 1) (Total 1 quantity)

    In English, it is working fine. But for both Chinese and Malay, there is some issue on displaying the quantity and rooms.
    – Mongolian Yurt 4m would show 8 left instead of 4 left.
    – Mongolian Yurt 5m would show 2 left instead of not displaying at all.
    – Queen with Balcony quantity is working fine (4 left).
    – Deluxe King Plus is working fine (not showing in the search result).
    – Superior Quad with Mini Hall is missing from the search result despite that day the booking is available.

    You would need to login to the wp-admin first in order the access these languages in https://rickresort.com , I have disabled multi language on the visitor side to prevent double/overbooking issue.

    Furthermore, after a discussion with my client, they prefer to have WordPress 4.9.8 version. If possible, appreciate if you can fix it inside my staging website (ver 4.9.8) rather than the live website (ver 5.0.2). Otherwise, you just let me know which file you have amended in the live version, and I’ll patch it in my staging website myself.

    Booked the room Deluxe King (w/o windows) from Jan 3 to Jan 4 with quantity = 1 http://prntscr.com/m2gtsg

    The search again from Jan 3 to Jan 4 on Melayu or Chinese, the quantity = 1 http://prntscr.com/m2gt4o, http://prntscr.com/m2gtoq. This is correct.

    Just made a new booking and check again by yourself.

    Hi,

    Seems like the issue is not affecting every booking but some particular booking (or rooms?).
    If you search Feb 7-8th, you can see Mongolian Yurt 4m has 4 rooms left (we have 10 rooms), which is correct because 6 rooms has been booked on that day.

    But if you search in Chinese or Malay, you would get 8 rooms left instead of 4.
    Chinese: https://prnt.sc/m2h2mx
    Malay: https://prnt.sc/m2h2qk

    Same goes to Mongolian Yurt 5m on Feb 7th-8th, in English the search result won’t display because it is fully booked, but in Chinese and Malay would show the room stating there is 2 rooms left.

    Hi Kim,

    Ok, I can see the quantity is being display correctly now.
    But there’s another issue which in Malay and Chinese, there are 2 rooms missing from the search result for 7th-8th February. In English it is showing but not in Malay and Chinese.

    The 2 rooms are:
    Superior Quad with Mini Hall
    RH Superior Deluxe – Rick Home (different premise from Rick Resort)

    Refer to these images:

    I suspect is because this 2 rooms check out date is on 7th Feb thus affecting the search result for Malay and Chinese, you might want to check on the HB multilanguage programming logic. :)
