Activating Plug-in Leads to Errors on Page

Activating the plugin causes the following errors to be shown on my website at the top:
Warning: Undefined array key “cover” in /home/promethe/public_html/wp-includes/block-template.php on line 160
Warning: Undefined array key “header” in /home/promethe/public_html/wp-includes/block-template.php on line 160
Warning: Undefined array key “header” in /home/promethe/public_html/wp-includes/block-template.php on line 160
Warning: Undefined array key “footer” in /home/promethe/public_html/wp-includes/block-template.php on line 160
Warning: Undefined array key “cover” in /home/promethe/public_html/wp-includes/block-template.php on line 160
Warning: Undefined array key “header” in /home/promethe/public_html/wp-includes/block-template.php on line 160

It also doesn’t show most of the rest of the page. This is the same on other pages. When I go to edit the page in WordPress, it only shows the error messages and no other UI. Disabling the plugin returns everything to normal. Any ideas?
