Additional information tab and gallery

Hi,
when I save room in backend, everything in additional information field is reseting. I want to write there ul li list. But when I save post it delete all formating and I have typical tekst.
And where can I edit gallery? I can select gallery cattegory in Elementor, but where can I upload photos to gallery? -
