ADS not showed in mobile phones in the test, single choice

Hello,

I added a script with ads in the single-choice –> answer-options.php

It was working till yesterday, I updated the theme, I put gain the code but it only work for computers, in test ads are not showed.
The same script is working i other parts of the web without probems.
