After the purchase, user is automatically registered for the course?

      After the purchase through the woocommerce plugin, is the user automatically registered for the course if he pays with paypal?

      And if the user pays by bank transfer which is usually not immediate?
      Can it be activated later?

      There is no documentation on this.
