Another Registration Issue…

Hi guys, I am always seeming to be haunted by registration issues. I got this e-mail from a customer:

Hi Thomas,
I first tried registering on my MacBook.
Entered my information manually then once I clicked register now, it says “something went wrong, please try again.”I then tried clicking the LOGIN WITH BUTTONS by signing in with google and such.
When I clicked on those options, a white screen loaded that said invalid request for all of them.Finally, I attempted using my iPhone. Entered manually and It worked first try, no trouble whatsoever.

The customer was able to eventually register successfully as I received the email myself. But people are having problems with all the registrations on my site. I have no idea whats wrong. Any way to help? I am about to release some new courses and am very scared that I am going to have a lot of unhappy people…
