Automatic Email notification when course is finished to build and validate

Hi,
When the instructor finish to build his course and push the waiting validation reading from administrator checkbox, i want that the website send an automatic email to the administrator that a course is on waiting to validation.
And when the administrator validate and publish it, the website send an automatic email to the insctructor that his course is validate and published.
I was on learnpress settings and email but i don’t find it.
