Background video in section speed problem -Serve resources from a consistent URL

Hi there!
We are developing this website http://amp.webgraphity.com/ and currently using Course Builder theme.
Everything works well except when I added the video as the background of the first row in homepage. See screenshot below. I tested other pages on GT metrix and the results are good.That video gives a bad result in GTmetrix. See screenshot below. The problem has something to do with “Serve resources from a consistent URL”. It makes the load slow and 0 speed score in gtmetrix.
— I tried to remove the video as background, the gtmetrix result goes up and becomes fine.
— I tried to deactivate other plugins while having back the video background, but the issue was still there.I was thinking maybe it has something to do with the theme. Can we check please?
