Bad SEO for Thim steps block

On one of my most important pages I used the “Thim Steps” block to visualize a very important process. When reviewing the page with Yoast SEO I discovered the the content of the steps descriptions can not be properly parsed by SEO tools and search engines. See also the screenshot for an example.
