Blank white space showing up on mobile when I hide columns in responsive setting

Help please! I cannot seem to get rid of a large, white placeholder space that comes up when I view my site on mobile. It is in the place of where otherwise a row with a video background would be. I know that the video backgrounds won’t display on mobile, so I went into the responsive settings of the columns and hid them on mobile. Unfortunately, a large blank space still shows up in its place. I am at a loss as to what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!
