Blog Archive Title says blog rather than the page title

No matter when I change the page title to for the posts page it always says “Blog”. Additionally, all of my other page titles are saying “Profile” rather than the page title.
I looked under Customize > Page Title > Title to ensure that Custom Title and Custom Description were blank.
Examples:
http://nysta.bdcstaging.com/latest-news/
http://nysta.bdcstaging.com/sample-page/Other CPT Archive pages reflect the name of the CPT
Please advise.
