How can I add a sub menu specific only to the blog page of my coaching theme? My theme currently has a main menu like this and a very basic blog page. How can I make my blog page better into different categories like health, beauty, food etc. The current page just shows a list of the blog posts I have on my site. I also do not want the time and date to be shown in my blog posts but cannot find a way to disable that feature in the blog widget that my current theme has. Uploaded link.
