Blog video showing in wrong aspect

Hi, I have youtube videos linked in my blogs but they show in a widescreen aspect with black bars down the side of each video.

https://prnt.sc/tfbit7Please advise how I can show the videos on blog archive, and single blogs in the correct aspect.
In addition, is it possible to remove the header banner from individual pages? For example I would like to remove it on http://olgabarrett.com/order-now/ and just have white background.
