Hello Thimpress,
I am not able to edit the Blog Layout Style @ Customize->Blog->Settings. Take a look at the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hzs9no
In-fact, none of the drop-downs work @ the Customize Panel. Do take a look.
None of the clicks work. The drop-downs do not appear in the as a list at all.
I even tried the same Incognito mode.
