Bottom Footer not expanding text 100% width – justified.

Hello,
For some reason the bottom footer text is not expanding 100% width anymore – it appears all the code is there same as it used to be under customize->general->Custom CSS

.col-sm-6 {
width: 100%;
text-align: justify;
}
}
