Canceling a student’s action.

Hello. Please help me solve the problem with the courses. One of the students claims that when passing the test when answering the last question he had a button to finish the course which he accidentally clicked. I myself have not seen such a button. But now there is a problem the system does not allow him to finish the test or pass it again although the settings allow it and does not allow him to go to the next lesson of the course. Can you tell me how I can cancel this student’s action as an administrator?
