cannot make social login on facebook to work on my site

I did two tests:

TEST 1) Tried to login to theme 4, with a facebook user that is not yet registered on site:

I created app on facebook, put the two urls copied from the wp social plugin, the Facebook did work on the authentication part, asked me to connect as the facebook user normally, but when It goes back to site, it stops with sql errors on this url:

mysite……/wp-login.php?action=wordpress_social_authenticated&provider=Facebook&mode=login

with error:

Database Error: [Table ‘mytable.wp_wslusersprofiles’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT id, object_sha FROM wp_wslusersprofiles where user_id = 100003 and provider = ‘Facebook’ and identifier = ‘1306779622836046’

Database Error: [Table ‘mytable.wp_wslusersprofiles’ doesn’t exist]
SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_wslusersprofiles

TEST 2) Tried to login with a facebook user that uses the same email from one already registered user on site.

This time, chrome stops, on this url:

mysite…../wp-login.php?action=wordpress_social_authenticated&provider=Facebook&mode=login

with browser error: ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

In both cases I cannot use facebook login to site. Please explain it why!
