      I cannot add a user manually, regardless of theme, using WP 6.1.1, LearnPress 4.2.2.2. Please help!

      Please give me your site URL and a WordPress admin account by using “access information”, see instruction here https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/send-sites-access-information/, I will check your issue.

      And please backup your website before we do anything on your website.
