Cant customize courses page where you see all of the courses listed

I am trying to edit the page where all of your courses are displayed and there is no way to edit this. I have tried it with the WP Bakery editor, the elementor editor (wasn’t installed when I preloaded the current theme so I installed it myself), and the standard wordpress editor. Can you please help me get this to where I can edit and make changes to this page. Thank you. If you login to the site you can see what I am talking about. Also how do I manually add users and assign them access to certain courses? I am using this for work and want certain employees to only have access to certain courses.
