Certificate addon not updating

Hi – I bought the certificate add on – it needs updating and I put my purchase code in but it says the code is invalid. This is urgent as when people get to the certificate stage at the moment it is diverting to some sort of spam about online dating!!!!! Please help

And please backup your website before we do anything on your website.
