Certificate Plugin

Hi,
My certificate plugin has stopped working

It has been working

I purchased Eduma theme and instaalled it, I dont like it so went back to old theme 2019

all is working ok but Certificates is broken

1) new certificates have no edit area

2) existing certificates cannot be edited

Can you help

I have deactivated the plugin and re activated it

all I can think is the EDuma theme broke it
