Certificates Add-On Not Working

Dear Support,
I am using LearnPress and Course Builder Theme (3.0) with the Certificates Add-On on an internal site. I am having trouble getting the certificate to show up at the end of the completed course. I’ve tried several versions of the Certificates Add-On and one of the versions gave me a Certificate button after completing the course, but when I clicked on the Certificate button, it gave me a blank page with a download button. The download didn’t work either. I’ve tried using both the canvas and image options in the settings. How do I ensure the Certificate button appears at the end of the completed course?
