Change color for header and remove parallax effekt

  Hi,
  
  Just bought the resume theme and wondering if there is any way to change the header color to transparent or change it at all? Ive seen a i have 2 more options off header but they do not fit myneeds. And is there a way to switch off the parallax effekt on every picture?
