CODE: #002_SERVER_ERROR while activating theme + Child Theme Missing

Hi,
1) I installed the theme using the recommended php settings, and when i try to import demo 3 i receive the following error:
CODE: #002_SERVER_ERROR
on “Main Content” step.
Notice: I choose Visual Composer for page builder before importing demo.
2) A second but minor issue is that i can’t find the child theme version in the downloaded files. Where can i get it?
