Code For Bottom of Blank Landing Page in Coach Theme

Hi, I have created a landing page using the ‘blank page’ in my WP coach theme, its great except for the setting for ‘blank page’ still allows the subscriber box that shows on the bottom of every page throughout the whole theme to show up….see attached photo.
What is the code to place on my landing page to make the subscriber box invisible on only that page? (leave the rest of the site pages as is).
