Commission Add-on Not Sending Email or Updating Withdrawal Requests

I recently installed the Commissions add-on for LearnPress and have been testing it out but came across some blocker bugs out-of-the-box.

First, I noticed that when a course is sold and the instructor goes to make a withdrawal request, the request is processed without any notifications being sent to anyone. The instructor doesn’t get an email, and the admin doesn’t get an email. I would expect that some kind of notification email is supposed to be sent to the admin to inform them that a withdrawal request has been made.

Second, even in Sandbox mode I am unable to change the status of pending withdrawals. After I click the withdrawal request and enter the admin username and password, when I press “Pay On” the page refreshes, a notice says “Withdrawal Updated” but the status remains as “Pending”. I even tried manually changing the status to “Complete” and “Rejected” and whenever I click “Update” the status always reverts back to “Pending”.

Can you confirm these bugs on your side?
