[Course Builder] – Checking out process and modification of the popular courses

Hello to the team,

I hope your are good today.

I have two questions for you concerning the awesome course buidler theme.

The first one concerns the checking out process.

I would like to know if it is compulsory that the user must be logged-in when subscribing to a course ?
Actually, if the user does not log-in, he cannot check out.

The second one concerns the customization of the popular course page.

This is the following on my website : https://cfrt-formationtaxis.fr/formations-taxis/

I cannot find where to change the white text “Popular course Learn to develop …” and to delete the sections below the blue section. I do not need all the elements below the courses items.
