Hi there,
LearnPress seems great. I have set up a course with it but the course page does not seem to be live.
It should be on: https://www.rafaelhoekstra.com/courses/sixkeys/If it is working smoothly, I will buy the Woocommerce add-on.
But I am concerned that the course cannot be accessed now.I have attached 2 screenshots that I hope indicate what I have set up.
Would appreciate your guidance on how to make the course live.Thank you

Dear rafadezelanda,
I’m so sorry about that.
With this case, we need access to your wp-admin to check more carefully. Can you give me your site access info, using access information?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Huyen Anh

Dear rafadezelanda,
I checked and the reason is due to the theme that you’re using.
Because I tried to activate the theme default and your course page is working normal. http://prntscr.com/o3stix
With this, you should contact with the main author of the theme. Hope they’ll help you solve it.
Best regards,

Oh,
thank you for checking. I will contact him :)
Is it possible to use a Thimpress theme for just the course, and keep my theme for the rest of my website?

Dear rafadezelanda,
Oh no.
If you use another theme, you have to use all design, features,… You can’t use two theme in the same time.
Please consider again it.

Thanks Huyen,
Could you please direct me to any documentation on how to ensure/add theme compatibility with LearnPress?
Any guides, tips, or code snippets that may be needed would be helpful to solve this problem.
Thank you,

Good morning Huyen,
Yes, the author of the theme is willing to help solve it.
But to do this, some understanding of LearnPress would help. The theme was built with the WordPress template system, but it seems that the LearnPress plugin has a special way of loading the WordPress templates.
This is why we’d be so grateful for any documentation about how LearnPress is built.Thank you
