Hi Ha,
I wanted to reach out to you with a customisation request. As you probably know already, I use Eventbrite to host my courses and everything works almost 100% and I am really happy. One thing I am doing manually is updating the prices for my courses based on the ‘early-bird’ discount. In other words, if customers purchase a course 3 weeks in advance I give them a discount (for example 20%), if they pay 2 days before the course, they have to pay full price. At the moment, when ‘3 weeks prior to course/event’ comes, I go into the course and amend the price, but I would like to understand if there is a way to automate it.
One way (and an ideal one) would be to pull the price from the Eventbrite page. Another way (I think) would be something like the screenshot I have attached to this support ticket. On that screenshot, you will find stuff that I propose marked with red boxes and there are 3 new fields. The Super Sale price is the price that I’d offer if customers buy it really really early, like a month before the event. The Sale price is something I would offer up to 2 weeks before the event.
Could you let me know what you think and what would be the easiest way to get the price to automatically update?
