Course that have been ‘passed’ moving to ‘not enrolled’

Hi there, we have had a couple of queries from our learners about some of their courses moving to ‘not enrolled’ some days after they have completed the course. Could you explain this please? Our users can no longer access their certificates for these course. Is this to do with the course duration?

Dear Lee,
That issue has 2 cases:
1. Admin account deleted their order.
2. Or they retook the course.Best regards,

Hi Michah
Thank you for this, I have tried this on our test accounts. However, when we click ‘retake course’ it doesnt put it in the ‘not enrolled’ section. Also have checked orders and none have been removed as they are on a membership level?
