Custom Tiles doesnt work – Support for Charity Theme

  Hey Thimpress Team,
  
  I have a licence code and we need support on the following topic:
  
  1. Once we activate the custom tile feature on a page (see screenshot 1 -> https://i.ibb.co/fXPzQGd/unnamed.png)

  2. we get a fatal php error message (see screenshot 2 –> https://i.ibb.co/cDXv1DZ/unnamed-1.png)
