Different behaviour between Course and Lecture with 3rd party plugins

  I am running two independent 3rd party plugins besides Courseware / Learnpress:
  
  Tooltip Glossary (CMTG) and WordPress User Notes.
  
  Both are working correctly on normal pages, post and course text.
  However, both are not working correctly within a lecture text in that both do not show tooltip/popup functions (which works fine with the other post types).
  
  Any idea where to make respective customisations (js, css, any php) ?
  What kind of post type is a lecture ?
