Display list of events by category using shortcode

I’d really like to display the upcoming training events that we have for our dive centre at the foot of each of the dedicated course pages.

I would imagine that this could be achieved using a shortcode to display a list of events in a particular category within the page but I can’t find any documentation.

For example: I have created the events for ITC Crossover for the rest of 2019 and would like to display that list at the bottom of the page that gives all of the details about the course. From these, people can select the event that they would like to join, and add the event to their basket (we’re using WooCommerce).

Is this possible?

By now, we just support to show event by status (happening, upcoming, expired).

But thanks for your feedback, we’ll continue to research about it.
