Donate Buttons not Working in the entire website

All donate buttons now do nothing or redirect to the same page that they are located in. This error occurred seemingly without my interference as it was working earlier and suddenly broke. How can I fix this?
Another question:
I also need to add our bank account details through the donate button so donors have the option to either pay with paypal or make a bank transfer, how can I do this? -
