Encountering an issue while installing Front-end editor

To whom it may concern, good evening;
I wam writing because I just purchased earlier the learnpress add-on Front-end editor, which is making my website loading for ever without displaying it, and this without even activating it, as soon as I installed it. So I have the theme Course Builder, I wondered if there would be a special setting before to activate it.
What can I do ?Best regards,
