Events Page and Top Bar Shadow

Hello!
Problem #1
The demo shows that there is an events page that is shown here: http://wordpresslms.thimpress.com/demo-single-instructor/events/I really like how that page showed the events and I was under the impression that it came with the demo import whenever I purchased it. Is there anyway I can get this page?
Problem #2
I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of the shadow after the top bar. The attached image shows what I am talking about -
