Form not working on mobile

Hello, Thoa Kim,
There is an issue on my form on hotelcoquille.com.br/concurso-de-fotografia/. Although it is working on desktop, the upload form is not on mobile access. When you click to select a file it makes nothing. It was tested on an Samsung S7 Android Phone.
Can you please take a look?
