Gradebook report by student and not course

I purchased the gradebook but I have a question: It gives you a report by course but can it, or another add-in, do a report by student? I want to also track employee training by topic to see what courses John Doe has completed or not and not just who has completed one class or not. Both are useful but the training history of the student would be very beneficial as well. Thanks.
