Homepage Slider NOT full width (one more case)

As I have seen to other cases that other clients have opened to you I have the same problem, that the slider is not fully shown.
By our side, nothing has changed. This has happened before some months ocasionaly, but the last period it is shown like that always.

https://bluemare.grAs other customer says, on the browser, if you Zoom In or Out the banner goes to 100% width.
I have tried several things by revolution slider but it keeps the same problem. I also have tried with 2-3 versions of revslider (the current version and some version some motnhs before). I have tried to put as a background video, but it makes the same.
By the way, this happens in all my hopepages, in different languages.I want just to work as it was before.
