How to check finished courses from the students

Hello, is there another way to check when the students finish the course? I only can check when the administrator receive an e-mail telling “this student finish the course XX with 85% aproved”. But I would like other e-mails (persons) receive these e-mails or have the possibility to check any student that finish the course to know if it’s aproved or not, you know?

Hi, thanks. But there is not the possibility to other person receive these e-mails? I’m going on holidays and we need to check it. Is it possibly to change the Administrator account or the e-mail of the Administrator account for a few weeks, with no problem?
