How to customize the font and appearance of the hamburger menu

  Hi!
  
  Could you please let me know how to customize the hamburger menu? I want to change the text size. (I know how to change the colors.)
  
  Also, I want the hamburger menu to appear immediately. So if you go to any page, the menu is not in the header. It only appears when you scroll around. How can I change the settings so that the hamburger menu appears right away when you go to any page?
