How to offer discount for specific course?

I have a plugin that I can offer discount per payment method, but the problem is that the discount is applied for all courses and I would like to offer this discount for only one specific course for users who choose bank transfer method.
I already searched for a plugin that can do this job and it just work with woocommerce products. Since Courses do not appear on Woocommerce product I don’t know what I can do to offer discount for bank transfer for only a specific course
