How to set the e-mail in the footer (left) with mouse over effect & remove brand

  Hello i would like to set the e-mail (now in red) with the same color of the contact text block.
  Only on mouse over i would like to get a white or red effect.
  
  And also i want to remove the coprygight in the footer.
