I can’t assign certificates to courses

I have a problem assigning the certificate to my course.
I have created the course (https://hagamoscomunicacion.com/curso/certificado-seminario-electoral-de-estrategia-y-comunicacion-politica-mexico/), I have also created the certificate (Seminario electoral).
However, when editing the course and clicking on the certificate, the one you created previously does not appear (seminario electoral https://hagamoscomunicacion.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=16463&action=edit)
