I can't Edit my ToolBar Header

I have been trying to edit the details (contact address, phone number, social media and time) on the toolbar header but i don’t know where to locate it. The closest i had was somewhere around the widget but all i saw was an Elementor shortcode. ([INSERT_ELEMENTOR id=”5633″])
Same way i could not edit the footer part that carries the contact details.
