I’m not finding it easy to edit the theme

Hi Course builder,
I purchased this theme with the hope of editing it myself. Editing with the front end isn’t easy at all. Columns don’t get added easily. The don’t even get added at all. Also I wanted to ask if there’s a User management functionality where i can manage (know the number of students and manage what they have access to or the instructors and what they can upload without having director contact with the mainbackend of the platform)
