After upgrading from 4.1.7.2 to beta 2, the bug that started in the 4.1.7.3 has still not been resolved. This is the same page on our live site and our beta site:

There is a problem with LearnPress on our site where the course details page is completely blank from 4.1.7.2 – I have only seen this on our live server (and on the beta site, which is a clone of it) and cannot reproduce it on another site with the same plug-ins installed, so it must be something unusual. I went into a lot of depth trying to figure out how to resolve the problem, which you can see documented here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/learnpress-course-detail-sidebar-missing/

Seeing the patch-notes mentioned removing a lot of deprecated files, I thought this update might resolve that problem too, but it doesn’t seem to.

After the update, the pay button on the course purchase website stopped working. If I go back to the previous version of the site and woocommerce, then the button works. Can you tell me how to fix this problem?

We see your site has many error js like image. It error from the “Organic Food” theme. Please try use the theme “2021” default of WP to check again.

Is there some reason I can’t permanently get rid of the “try the beta” nag screen? I can’t believe how annoying it is to have to keep closing it. I am not going to test the beta.

1. Since the update, I cannot update any of my pages on the site through WPBakery or any other way. When I go to edit a text box, I just get a blank box and no updating works.

2. All the fonts on my site are different and look terrible.

3. I cannot use Thim Core. If you click the button shown, it doesn’t do anything.

I use CorpTrain with ThimPress LearnPress and one of your team members directed me to post my question here.

I wish to direct new customers / new students directly to a static purchasing/registration page instead of the popup. Your team member said it is possible to disable the popup, but I couldn’t find where. I’m okay with adding CSS is that’s a solution.

Currently, when a new customer clicks on the “Buy Now” button, a popup appears and the defaulting popup shows “Returning Student” so the new customer must click on the “Not Yet a Member? Register Now” link down below, if they see it.

Ideally, I would prefer that customers who click on the Buy Now button are taken directly to a registration / purchase course page and bypass the popup completely – similar to this link?

I would also like to change the wording from “Register to start learning” to “Register to purchase and enroll in course”.

Good morning, I updated learnpress to version 4.2.2.1, and when I did that all the course information disappeared, I had to go to version 4.2.1 to get it working again. Could someone tell me if the same thing has happened to them, and how they were able to fix it?

Hello, I have a problem after updating Learnpress to (Learnpress v 4.2.2.2 and Woocommerce v 7.5.0).
When I click the add to cart button on my course/shop page, I only see the preloader gif and nothing else.
The product does not appear in the cart or in the checkout.
Please help.

After upgrading from lower version (Version 4.1.6) to any other superior version the page navigation panel on completing quiz dissapear. There is nothing linked to Wprdpess version or other plug-ins. In the HTML code i don`ț have the code for navigation (this is in Version 4.1.6):

The site is on virtual machine so I was able to test many posibilities (various WP versions, various templates and so on, disabling any other plugins, various browsers). The host is on
– Apache/2.4.52 (Debian), PHP version 7.4.28 (Supports 64bit values), cURL version 7.74.0 OpenSSL/1.1.1k.
