Link blog author link to Our Team member page

Hi,
Once there is Our Team members that allows to create members profile pages, I would like to link to Our Team member profile page from the following links:
Blog author => Our Team member profile page (using same username in the URI)
Learn Press Instructor => Our Team member profile pageThis is because, blog authors and Learn Press instructors are the same person as the Our Team member.
How can I change these links? Thank you so much!
