Log in page issues

Hello,

I’m having issues with the users log in page for their profile on learnpress vs wordpress. So when users need to reset password from here: https://angelapoch.com/lp-profile/ I have two issues. 1. there is a weird up and down arrow in the box for the “I’m not a robot” answer. and 2. Once they click “reset password” it redirects them to a wordpress page.

Ok, I’ll get the update done. I’ll have to check if I can use the default theme, I’ve never used it because I paid alot to have the current theme developed.

So if I used one of your themes it would direct to a Learnpress log in page? My web guy has been trying to get information how to adapt my current template to be more in line with LearnPress but the only info he found was for advance web developers not web designers. Any tips for him to fix this issue?

Thanks .. hopefully simple question.. our password reset page for Learnpress currently goes to this page / link

What would or does the password reset link look like when using one of your themes, as in, is there a separate page for the password reset, or does the learnpress system use the WordPress user database and just style it differently ..

I’d like to know if there is a link somewhere in this system that I can link to directly as in something like this?

Got it working for now but you mentioned a couple times that “because you are not using our theme” you had trouble helping me. Can I ask will this theme be better for integrating LearnPress and the premium plugins like Membership Pro? https://thimpress.com/product/coaching-life-and-business-coach-wordpress-theme/

Julia, I appreciated your prompt response. I wounder if you feel annoyed by my constant need for support? I totally get it, I do tend to want detailed answers to short very specific questions. I also feel a little frustrated at times with your short answers with no context or even links to supporting documentation. I’m not sure how to navigate this issue since I do need a lot of support. Is there a way to get more detailed, helpful support if I pay for support? Are your short answers due to my lame questions or because you feel annoyed or maybe you don’t know the answer? Or perhaps my question is out of the scope of this support?

Yes, exactly WHY I asked the question about using one of your themes!!! PS: We did figure out the log in page issue.

The question was, if I use ONE of your themes, specifically this one https://thimpress.com/product/coaching-life-and-business-coach-wordpress-theme/ will that support and integrate with the plug in: Membership Pro ?

IS there a different level of support I can pay for? Why did you not respond to my other questions? Is this not one person named Julia I’m continuing to talk to?
